Shipping
Typically, we process the majority of orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is prepared, it will be dispatched using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure a safe and timely delivery. You can anticipate your eagerly awaited Trendy Tykes package to arrive at your doorstep within 3-12 business days. Please keep in mind that orders placed after 8 am PST on a Friday will be processed the following Monday. We appreciate your patience and can't wait for you to enjoy your new Trendy Tykes products!
Can I change my Shipping Address
No worries, we're here to assist you with addressing this concern, as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet. Please reach out to us via email so that we can make every effort to help. Please keep in mind that we may not be able to guarantee changes to your order's information once it has been placed. Also, a friendly reminder: we can only send your order to the address you provide during the order process. If you happen to input an incorrect address, and your package gets delivered there, regrettably, we won't be able to retrieve it. So please double-check your address details carefully to ensure smooth delivery!
Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS
All purchases are considered final. Nevertheless, should you find your order unsatisfactory upon receipt, you may return it to us in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, within 15 business days. Upon verification, we will be happy to provide you with an exchange or issue store credit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permissible when the exchange form is submitted within 15 days from the delivery date. Items can be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value and any item with a higher value will require payment for the price difference.
